Please be aware of Tier Guidelines that may affect our area on the date AND guidelines of this show.
Our Company always has and always will adhere to all necessary Government Guidelines regards Covid-19.
As of Dec 2020, and subject to change – we can only allow tables from the same household/support bubble –
of course, more than one table may be booked if you wish to attend with friends,
however we cannot guarantee you will be seated next to each other and tables cannot currently ‘mingle’.
To sustain our economic viability for these events and due to our reduced capacity,
we can only accept bookings with a minimum of 4 people per table.
However, on certain events, we may be able to accept bookings for 2 or 3 people,
please contact our team to check availability.
We will advise you of any changes that may affect the time or group size of your reservation ASAP.
In the unfortunate instance where we were forced to cancel any events – full refunds will be issued.

 

How is this going to work? Please read....

With current restrictions in mind as of December 2020, our Christmas showtime events commence at 5.30pm, where our chefs will be serving a menu of fresh, mouth-watering, Traditional Favourites until 7.30pm. Then from 7.30pm – get ready to party in the festive spirit with our amazing ‘headlining performances’.

This is a ticket only event, full payment is required when making your reservation.

How is this going to work? Please read....

1) Is this outside? No - we're in the main restaurant , socially distanced with reduced capacity.

2) Is it table service? Of course its is many people actually PREFER the new table service too! Obviously theres only a limited amount of tables available - as all tables are socially distanced All guests are seated.

3) Track and Trace? All table 'leaders' details must be provided by law - failure to do so will result in cancellation.

4) Singing or raising your voices ? We obviously have to ask you not to raise your voices during your time with us, and would remind you that we ALL have rules and regulations to follow.

5) Can we allow dancing? Current guidelines clearly states that all guests must be remain seated at all times unless using the bathrooms, should this guidance change, we will update policy

6) Can I bring the kids? These events are over 18's only

7) Is it all plastic glasses? No, not at all - we trust our customers to be responsible - all drinks will be served as normal

8) You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon arrival. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue and at your table - ps, dont pinch it

9) To reduce team to table contact, once you are seated, we'll ask you to control our service with a small double-sided card placed on your table. The 'green' side signals our team that you would like service, the 'red' side indicated to us that you are all good. When you need our efficient service, simply display the green side again and we'll be there.

We reserve the right to refuse admission. No person considered intoxicated will be admitted.

Customers from different households will be allocated on separate tables, unfortunately, guests are not allowed to 'mingle' with other tables and we cannot always guarantee these tables will be next to each other.

The management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, in line with social distancing guidelines and law.

We, as a company can assure that the safety of our team and our customers is paramount – ALL recommendations issued by the Government and relevant authorities will be strictly adhered to.

All our amazing staff have been trained and briefed on our new and temporary way of working, our staff will be wearing PPE in line with government guidance. Every member of staff will complete and sign a daily health assessment to confirm they are fit for work; this will include a temperature check before their shift commences. Where our team cannot work within social distancing, we have done everything practical to manage risk transmission

We really want to make these events work and get back to some kind of normality, we accept that it might not be for everyone right now, and thats honestly fine.. but for those who wish to come and enjoy live music once more and a have a great, socially distanced and safe time - we cant wait!!
